Trinidad Motel Inn, Trinidad

Even though under new management/ownership, I have never been treated so rudely for no good reason while inquiring about a room. Perhaps a reason why the place was empty.

After dirving all day, the air in my room didn't work. Lady at front desk was no help. Man at the desk at 2am told me to turn off the air, he would flip the breaker, then I could turn it on. That worked and was cold for maybe 5 minutes. At 4am I asked again, and at 6am I flipped the breaker myself. when the room got really hot, it smelled like urine. The carpet was sticky by the bed, and the dust ruffle was nasty.. The ac over the indoor pool was dripping into the pool. It was a most misreble nights stay.

Might be fine but how would you know if you can't e-mail for rates and info?
