If I'm in a pinch, I'll go back.
My husband and I we're on our honeymoon and we were lucky to book the King Suite the night we arrived. Everything seemed to be clean and tidy when we got in but once morning came we saw that the couch and chairs had stains on them. We brushed that off and continued with our trip. The night before we checked out, we spotted a mouse going back in forth between the closet and dresser. We can only assume it's been there this whole time. We told management about this and in a disconcerning voice she replys quickly with, "Oh, we'll take of it." I'm sorry, where is a discount on our stay? Not even a "sorry" or "I apologize." We wern't to happy about it.
