Bad Experience

I arrived at the hotel on Wednesday August 1, 2007. I had reservations for a room for Wednesday and Thursday. They had no room for me on Wednesday so they put me up in a room at the Quality Inn. The next day I went to the hotel and they did not have a room for me that night again. The Quality Inn was full so I had to get my room myself, which I did at the Comfort Inn. I have never been treated as a second class citizen when I have paid the money and the hotel accepted it, however there are first's for everything. I cannot rate the quality of the rooms because I did not get one. They told me that they would pay for my room at the Quality Inn, however I could only stay there one night.
