Blood on mattress change room, problem with next room change room again still unhappy, Fan in bathroom was noisy,bathtub unclean,one face towel for 2 people, mattress low and old,stain carpet, some strange folks were guest,hanging outside, oh yes in case you do not know you will need some kind of ticket before you eat breakfast, when heater is on the front window curtins are blowning, customer service was unhelpful so if you stay you will be unhappy.

The room was dirty-beds uncomfortable, not even a matress pad, just sheet on cheap matress. The fan/light in the bathroom sounded like a helicopter and I did not feel safe. Thank goodness I checked in at 11:00 pm and out at 4:00 am for early flight--I guess it was ok for limited hours -but I felt dirty and the shower was too dirty to feel clean after a shower--it was a long trip to Ohio! byer beware! Then I found out they placed an additional $1.00 charge on my card for the room safe--what a laugh!
 
 
 
 
 
I don't think we will stay here again

I guess like the saying goes "You get what you pay for". The price wasn't bad but the room we stayed in needs alot of TLC and elbow grease. The carpet looked dirty. The sink area wall paper at the bottom was peeling off. The faucet looked like it needed a good scrub in between the grooves of the nob. The faucet in the tub leaks. The ironing board looked like some had sat on it and bent it. The beds weren't that comfortable. We were to stay 4 nights we only made it to 3 nights. I won't recommed it to anyone.
 
 
 
 
 
Most terrible customer service

On June 25, 2008 around 9:45pm. I was waiting in line trying to check in and there was a lady in front of me. The front desk reprehensive name JOYCE skipped her and tries to serve me. The lady in front of me simply mentioned to JOYCE that she is in the line and should be help first. JOYCE started to scream at the lady in front of me and compliant about that lady’s attitude. I have never seen such a terrible customer service. Poor lady in front of me…She is just trying to checkout and pay.

Wasn't to bad

It's what you pay for and that's about it. Walking all over San Francisco, all we could think about at night was sleep. Walls were some what thin and you could hear the people next door. Just make sure you have a remote for your tv is there, we told them 3 times that ours was missing. I best not get a bill to replace some thing we didn't even use.

Great package; decent stay

The wi-fi availability was too unreliable, but worked okay in the lobby area. Other than that, everything else seemed to meet my expectation. No complimentary breakfast, but next to IHOP, which make it easy to get breakfast.

Noisy

The location is great for traveling, but this was the noisiest place I've slept in eons. I heard the noise from the freeway, all night long, as well as the airplanes.

hard to breathe the air

We stayed here both before and after an air trip last spring. The rooms were really awful. Smelly, even though called nonsmoking. The air from the air conditioner smelled and we were afraid to open windows because of some very sleazy clientele we encountered. Beds were not solid, linens smelled stale. Restaurant food was mediocre. Place needs some basic maintenance very badly.
