Ok place, but not for the price

Place was clean, rooms clean, beds comfortable, but shows it age. Very basic place to just sleep. No laundry service on-site or with-in walking distance. Building structure ceiling squeaks with people above your rooms. Bring your ear plugs so you can sleep. Sounds like the building structure is going to fail and colapse on your head. Maybe not all rooms but mine sure did. Wireless Internet has limited coverage. Dial-up data port is no better than fax speed. If your lucky, maybe 14000k/sec. Saw some poor guy outside late at night with his laptop searching for wireless connection. I just gave up on the whole concept. Parking is a joke with very limited and small spaces...hope you don't mind dings in your doors! Only one way in lot, which requires backing out into busy morning rush hour main street. Street parking has no parking signs during sleeping hours, though managers say not to worry. Asked if they pay ticket if I get one...haha. Of course not. Least it has heat and A/C, cable tv, small fridge and coffee maker in room (on a small shelf in bthrm?!). Maid service is very good and managers very friendly and helpful. If their daily charges were at least $20+ less, might consider staying again. AAA discount is a joke with a wopping $1.74 savings. Yippie Skippy. Very good hole-in-the-wall Mexican place next door and a Sizzlers with-in walking distance. At best, place is only worth $50-$60/night tops.
