Bad rest
We were a awakened twice on our three day stay at the hotel during gay pride weekend, with continous events going on through out the bustling city, and being my second time there, we were coming in late every night due to the celebrations, and the room service we had on the seventh floor was completely without remorse or consideration for us as the guests and the purpose of renting an expensive accommodations for rest ,lodging, ect. The housekeeper woke us up on the first day knowing well in advance (since check in we paid in advance for three days) she tapped with her keys on the door at 8:32, and woke us up, she again came around when we were not. Check out around, 11:00, we then received a call to the room while we were relaxing in the pool and hot tub, we then had another unannounced visit from a supervisor claiming they were concerned because we didn't answer the phone, we explained we were in the pool and out of the room, and had told the housekeeper on our way to the pool all we needed were towels and that we would be leaving later. So I feel like they continually " bugged us" and I had very little sleep. The next morning she housekeeper did it again! This time knocking twice very lightly with her keys again by the time I got up she was already in the room, saw me and I said we are asleep we already told you, we are here for three days andyou keep doing this!!!
I just feel they do not let you sleep and she never announced herself upon knocking that she was housekeeping, she just let herself in a futile attempt to hurry through her list of rooms she has to clean.... Very unhappy with this and for the amount of money paid, this is not good for me.
The other problem was having to pay for parking in addition to the high room rates, I think the hotel guests should park for free or at least cheaper than the parking gRGe across the street, it was almost twenty dollars more At the hotel.
