Hilton Concord, Concord

This is the best hotel to stay at. The front desk staffs were very nice and knowledgeable. The room was clean and up to date. The location is very good because it is right across from a shopping mall and restaurants. I happened to stay there with my family. My family and I enjoyed our rooms very much. The price that I paid is reasonable for the excellent quality that we received. For those people who said it is too expensive, maybe you need to start staying at a cheap motel (but I know you will still complain about something because you think you can get things for free). Do your research and you will see that the surrounding hotels of similar quality have similar price. I travel for business over 30 times a year and so far this is the best hotel I've ever stayed at. It is upset me of how people think they deserve to get the best things but they refuse to pay the price. I bet those are the people who tailgate other cars on the road, which is very annoying and dangerous.

the rooms were clean the ac was graet.the room service was the best ever out of any hotel i stayed at,the food was outstanding and was delivered in a timely manner.

there where hairs on the floor. there where hairs on the sink in the bathroom. open bar of soap on the floor by the toliet. i guess that somebody didn't clean up after themselves. iwould try again!

Small rooms, but done up very nicely. Nice fresh thick towels. Bar and lounge in lobby was very nice. The beds were comfortable (for a hotel). Easy access to resturants, freeways, and attractions. Worth the extra $20 over the 2 star hotels. DISLIKES: No free breakfast.

The whole atmosphere of the hotel was wonderful. I was most pleased with the staff at the hotel. They were helpful and I was always greeted with a smile. I would highly recommend this hotel. Overall it was a wonderful stay.
