The service was poor. They rarely answer the telephone, when they do they hang up on you. Stained furniture, water stain leaks in ceiling down the wall, cigarette burns in comforter. The cigarette smell is very bad in the whole place. Room keys don't work. Refused to change us to another room. They wouldn't do anything for us since we booked through hotels.com. Only 1 employee onsite Memorial day weekend.

I always stay here the office staff is so helpful .The rooms are clean ,comfortable mattress easy freeway access the pool was great ,nice lobby . It felt home away from home

Our room was dirty also. The towels were not folded they were thrown on top of the towel rod. I thought they had been used, but the final blow was the hand cloths next to the hand sink were soiled with blood, totally totally gross.

Where do I begin. We booked 6 rooms as we were coming for a family wedding. Every single one of our rooms were booked incorrectly. I called the hotel directly to book 2 rooms and we were quoted $82 for military discount. When we arrived the lady working the front desk (who was extremely rude) told us that they didnt have a rate of $85. She told us that the price would be $90 for military because we had more than one person sleeping in the room. What kind of sense does that make? Our other family members paid $85 for two people in their room. I guess military discount is more than the standard room. Our other rooms were booked non smoking and all they had when we checked in were smoking rooms. Which were extremely smoky and smelly. The lady at the front desk repeatedly told us to leave and find another hotel and once told us if we didnt stop talking to her she was going to call the police. Absoulutely the rudest woman ever. We asked her several times to get the manager and she refused. When she did finally speak to someone on the phone they basically didnt care that they had made several mistakes. They also told us find another hotel. WE didnt have any other options so unfortunately we had to stay here. Make sure you take names down when booking your rooms and print out the prices you paid for.

I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel this past weekend for one night. I have to say that this was perhaps one of the dirtiest hotels rooms I have ever stayed in in my life, and I travel quite alot. The bed spreads were positively gross. I removed them immediately when I entered the room so my eight year old wouldn't lay on them. The navy blue carpeting was so dirty, particularly at the baseboards with mounds of dust. The housekeepers didn't even vacumm between the bed and the bedside table. There were items from other guests there, ie. pen caps, tissue paper. The white tub/shower was dirty. My eight year old said "Mom, its dirty" When I asked her to get in. The pillows were so dusty that they "puffed" when I put my daughter to bed. I didn't ask for another room because you could tell that by so many things wrong in this room that the whole hotel was this way. Don't stay here. Sue from San Francisco
