Horible Guest service

It was my birthday so I made a reservation I had to change 1 day and instead they canceled the whole stay so when I called to confirm my reservation the general manager Art was very rude and basical said I was SOL and to find another place will never stay here ever. I work for a hotel and I would never treat a guest in this manor. DO NOT STAY!!!! I f you have a issue you will get a SOL additude.

after stayiny at a very sub standard place which was supposed to be great, Q.I. was like heaven. We will definitely plan on returning on our next trip to Ca. John and Jean from Cooperstown, N Y

I have not stayed at this hotel but I was reading the reviews and they were either extremely positive or extremely negative. Were these people staying at the same place? I will be staying here in November and I'll get to the bottom of this!

This Hotel is to far in walking distance to the downtown casino, and shops. Also the carpets in the hotel room are dirty, and everything is very old looking, also the toilet is so low you might never get up. Door shut very hard. The ice machine by our room was not working. Will never go back again.

meet all our expectation and the room were fantastic,the rooms were clean and the service was great the staff was very helpful during our time there we went to the street fair the prices were alittle high but the weather was great!

Good value for the price

For what we paid, we felt this was a good value. Great location for getting around Palm Springs and the local sights and attractions. This was my first time there, and will be back.

Stay somewhere else

Front desk personnel were certainly NOT cordial, dress slovenly, hair unkept and the person at checkout was beyond rude. They booked a group who checked in at midnight, partied all night in front of our room until 5:00 am. We called desk twice, asked for a room move for this group to no avail. We had NO sleep and a long drive the next morning. Service is a word the hotel personnel do NOT understand.

Quality Inn is the worst

We got there and they told us they did not have the rooms we booked and because we booked online they were not guaranteed. We argued with the clerk who said we had to wait for the manager. We waited for an hour and the manager said they did have rooms, did not know what the issue was. He did not apologize or offer anything to us. The rooms were noisy you could hear anyone walking in the room above us and the cleaning people were LOUD at 7am. Do not book the quality inn ever.
