Hotel amenity prices ridiculous & food terrible
By Tammy T., 10/17/10
Room price was average for during the week via Hotwire but prices once staying at the hotel were ridiculous. $5 to access the internet for 4 hours. What hotel doesn't have free WiFi these days??? The food was terrible - $13 for a BLT and there was only half a sandwich. The $8 cheesecake was a small circle shape and had to have sitting there for a week - tasted more like a thick flan then cheesecake. $20 for a movie not out yet and $13 for one already in video stores? $21 to park your car yourself??? Seems like only the Hilton family can afford staying here.

home away from home
By lavina, 11/23/07
I have stayed at costa mesa hilton on a few ocassions while on holiday in California and have always had a wonderful stay. We are always made to feel very welcome all staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Rooms are lovely all have a balcony. We were fortunate to have a suite on our last stay which have a great bathroom and spa bath. Location is also a plus with the Southcoast plaza within walking distance and also the Club house which is a upmarket hangout that does great meals. I recommend this hotel to anyone wether you are a couple, family or on business this is a great place for all.We will most definately stay here again .

Not that nice
By Steve, 8/24/07
I'm done with Hiltons. They must be spending too much time getting Paris out of Jail. Stayed at 3 Hiltons in the past 2 months and they are dirty and unkept. They also charge for everything (parking $16, Internet $10). Even if you get the room a a decent price, the extra's will kill you.

Reccomendation
By Neochemical, 9/26/05
I would definately come back to this hotel. Inside restaurant, bar, lounge, shopping mall, all are good, the room is clean, and the pool is great too. Outside hotel, there is a great Japanese super store(w/ food court) and many Japanese restaurants(from sushi to BBQ) are just a block away in walking distance. South Coast Plaza, the huge and famous mall is very close too.(Great location!)

Like the remodeling
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/9/05
Since they remodeled the place is nice. Self parking and Valet is about 3 dollars difference or is it 2? A no brainer. A hassle for guests to visit. They make an issue about the temp parking. Nowhere to park for visitors. The rooms are nice and roomy. They are not as stuffy as the snobs at the Westin. Soo I prefer the Hilton now. My first choice too.

Wonderful Stay
By WildAngelDreamer, 6/5/05
During my 3-day stay in April 2004, I thoroughly enjoyed myself at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean, decent size balcony overlooking the pool area, and friendly housekeeping staff. I would most definately return to this hotel and have referred it to friends who visit the area.
