Good and Bad

The location, near Union Square, Bart and Muni was fabulous. In additon they were very easy to get too, and they have their own parking. It is pricey, $50 per night but every other large hotel in Union Square charges the same. The issues were that I reserved and pre-paid for a king size bed. We checked in early, they registered us, and gave us a key. When we went up to the room, which was beautiful, there was a queen size bed. The front desk had not said a word about the change. I phoned down to the front desk to express my dissatisfaction and they started to tell me about how they were sold out. I told them I paid for a King and I wanted a King. They told me they did not have any rooms with a King ready yet. I was fine with this. They said it wouldn't be ready for about 3 hours, I was still fine. Eventually the room was switched. The second "bad" thing the bed was so firm it was like sleeping on a board. I got about 3 hours sleep. I don't think I would consider this hotel again.
