Red Roof Inn?
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/29/07
I thought this place was a jumped up Red Roof Inn.....no elevator in the "motel" part and poor air conditioning at best. The room was nicely furnished, but very small/cramped. Because the a/c was poor, it was stuffy most of the night and had only cooled off a little by morning. I am on travel as I write this and really regret that I have one more night to stay there. There are lots of much nicer hotels in this area and I won't be back to this place.

The best hotel i ever stayed at!
By Justin, 02/28/07
I was really surprised by the other reviews because my stay at the BIltmore Hotel & Suites was fabulous! They have a nice restraunt, and i have to say there food is delicious! There prices might be a little high but the food I got back was worth it. THey have a nice Starbucks onsite which is a big convenience. They make it just like the regular Starbucks down the street. The also have a nice gym & pool which was a blast for my family. Another great thing the Biltmore has is there FREE high speed internet. Staff is also very friendly & were willing to deal with any problems, even though i did not have any because this is such a great hotel. The only thing I needed was some extra towels and got it to me very quickly. I highly recomend this hotel. So in my honor I say thank you to the BIltmore Hotel and i will be returning again soon!

A great bargain for the quality
By Linda, 02/25/06
I was most pleasantly surprised by the environment and service. (I've paid more for so much less.) Everything worked!!! Staff was efficient and friendly. Room was very nice and very clean. Went to sleep immediately and stayed that way - no tossing and turning here. Just wish all places were this reliaible with no nastly little surprises. Would definitely stay again and again. Just be sure you have a good map of the area - city streets are a little confusing, but my wireless laptop worked great on the hotel system and I was able to find preferred gas stations, etc.

Missing the mark
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/20/06
The hotel was a disappointment, specifically from the cleanliness perspective. A few little black fleas in the room, stuck together pages in the hotel overview binder, general lack of upkeep in the corridors, and the dried perspiration covering the very few pieces of old equipment in the fitness room. Of course, not putting towels on the towel rack in the fitness room doesn't help either. I'd stay at a cleaner and less expensive hotel in the area and get more out of your stay.

Great America Trip
By G-Man, 06/07/05
My family stayed in one of the family suites on the ninth floor and the kids loved having theri separate part of the room with their own TV. THe hotel gave us FREE transportation to Great America and picked us up at the end of a tiring day at the park. The Great America package came with breakfast so the value was outstanding. People are friendly and the the parking is free.

Convenient location good for a business trip
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/31/04
The Biltmore is at a great location, near the airport and next to Hwy 101. It's a great central location if you're doing business in the Silicon Valley. The rooms are adequate and the restaurant is fine. Not a spectacular hotel, but great for business.
