THE BEST!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/30/09
This was my second time staying here, I just love this place! From the staff at the front desk to the staff/employees at breakfast time! Everyone is very pleasant and helpful! On our first visit, we were upgraded what appeared to be a Jr. Suite. I was in awe when I walked in! I was hooked from that moment on. On my second visit, we had a full oceanview room and it was so nice watching the sunset and just looking at/over the ocean. (it IS my happy place! :) ) I will continue to stay here as long as I can afford to do so. The rooms are so inviting and clean, nicely decorated and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

My husband and I stayed there for our 1st Wedding Anniversary. We had the best room in the hotel, and a wonderful time. We loved the Staff. Can't wait to go back, this year.....

Ahhhh, so nice!
By charisse, 05/04/09
The room was really nice, there was a large flat panel TV in the room and the veiw was beautiful. The staff was extremely pleasent and helpful. We will definitely come back. Very nice location , with a lot of good resturants in the area. We have a 4 year old and the staff called around to help us find a restaurant that had mac and cheese on the menu..how awesome is that?

Great hotel
By Lauren, 12/01/08
The ocean view was wonderful and you can even hear it if you leave the door open. We stayed in the executive suite which has plenty of room for up to 5 people. The extra-large bathroom was also very nice. We went in November and were able to get a great deal on the suite. It's a great hotel for those with kids. They'll have plenty of room to play in if you get the suite. The only thing we didn't like so much was the parking fee of $20/day.

Very overrated and expensive with no amenities
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/02/08
We were told checkin for us in the Presidential Suite would be at 2pm. We got there and it was not ready. Then they said 3pm and it was not ready. The same happened until 5:30pm. No apologies and no comps for such service. It was my birthday and I didn't want to let them ruin my day. Once in the room it was fairly disgusting. Nasty carpet with stains, stains on the cheap dining room chairs, lights out everywhere because bulbs were missing, the couch was old and dingy, giant and hard with no pillows. The bed had the oldest bedspread on it with the cheapest, thinest sheets and old pillows. Now the bathroom - it was dark and smelled of urine. Only one sink and gross carpet in there. Who puts carpet in the bathroom - esp. a hotel room? The view was great, but disappointed w/no lounge/bar, and no restaurant. Nothing to offer but a hotel for a huge amount of money. We came from an outrageous hotel in Newport the day before and it was so nice and cost less. They have some nerve to advertise on the internet like they do. It is a 2 star hotel if that. Great location but lots of kids and college party people.

Great Service
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/08/08
Upon Arival I was upgraded to an Ocean View on the top floor and I arived after their evening wine reception so the receptionist sent a glass of red to my room. A very nice gesture which set the tone for the rest of my stay. The breakfast was wonderful and the rooms were very clean. I was impressed with the stay. The only down side is that they didnt have an ons-ite resturant, however they do have recomendations and menus from local establishments who offer room service. This trip was for business, but I am bringing my wife back for vacation! A wonderful hotel.
