Awesome Service and Splendid Stay!
By Michael, 10/25/10
I really liked the Central Location to all the Stores and the Great restaurants nearby. The convenience of transportation was also a Plus, but pretty much everything is walking distance, just make sure you have comfy shoes. One of the reason it was such a Splendid stay is the Wonderful Staff at the Hyatt! Beginning with the Valet and the Bell Hop staff, who greeted as friendly as can be, to a smooth check-in, to a nice and clean, accomodating room. The service was impecabble. The facility was well maintained, and did I mention a great Staff too!!!! It was a wonderful businees trip, but I am definetly going to return with the wife next time. Thanks again Hyatt for a nice and pleasureable stay!

Would definitely go back.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/28/09
This hotel was so good, the service was impeccable. The concierge was very helpful, the bellmen were very helpful and very nice to us. The breakfast was wonderful. My daughter and I were visiting San Francisco together, and the hotel employees help to make it a very good trip. The only thing that they could have done was to let us have the breakfast on our last night.

Not worth it!
By Areli87, 3/1/09
We stayed here for Valentine's Day weekend. The room was nice, the bed was very comfortable, but everything was of course overpriced. One night stay cost us about $350. The room was TINY, only the king bed,a dresser on one side and a desk on the otherside of the bed fit in the room!! And the TV was not even a LCD or flat screen like most luxury hotels have, it was a regular old TUBE tv, with barely any channels!! It also offers Valet parking which is nice because it is on an extremely busy street, but it cost $50 a night. We chose to park at the parking garage across the street and only paid $25 a night. The garage is on the corner diagnally across from the main enterance, I recommend you park there. The location is great if you like luxuary items, its right in the heart of major designers like Prada, Burberry, Salvatore Feragamo, Louis Vittuion, etc... You Can probably stay somewhere less espensive with the same effect.

Wonderful
By Pam, 2/24/09
I stayed here in August 08 and it was great nice room with plenty of room. I wasn't impressed witht the resturant but there are tons of places to eat. Location great and clean! Try Fino's for dinner on Post. I would love to go back. I stayed at the Westin St Francis both nice hotels this one more modern.

Almost perfect in every way!
By Grace, 1/6/09
All of the people we encountered were fantastic. The concierge desk was very helpful with suggestions. Wonderful location. Comfie bed. Slow housekeeping. Nice lounge upstairs. Clean room and lobby. Would highly recommend for the price!!

Great hotel, great location.
By JamesG, 10/8/08
We were here for New Years 2008 and had a great time. We were in prime location for shopping and a lot of parties were happening in Union Square. We definitely will be back.

Hotel Parking
By freedom1, 7/9/08
I haven't checked in yet, but I was sent an email that say's parking is $47.00 a night. Why do guest have to pay $47 a night for parking when the hotel rates are so expensive.

geat hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/4/08
the hotel was in a fantastic location. staff in the hotel were fantastic, most helpful concierge staff we have come across. the rooms were fine, just a little gripe we have never had to pay for the coffee for the in-room coffee machine when we have stayed in other hotels in the states.

Never again . . .
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 9/13/07
Great staff and nice view, but I'll never again stay in a hotel that charges extra for internet. Their new contract with T-mobile means that guests pay for a service that has become customary even at Super 8 motels! When I needed to print a document, I had to pay an extra $6 to print ten pages! This isn't a guest service--it's a profit center.
