Sheraton Ontario Airport Hotel, Ontario

Traveled from Arizona to my niece's sweet 16 held at "Imagine That" banquet hall in Upland. I loved my suite at this hotel. It exceeded all my expectations. We are a family of 5. My husband, myself, 3 teen boys plus our pet chihuahua. Beautiful room and amenities. Exceptionally clean and spacious. Sleeping in my bed was like sleeping in a giant pillow. Staff was very curteous, friendly, check-in/check-out fast and smooth. Convenient location close to places to eat and have fun. A+ for allowing pets.

Like: friendliness at the front desk. Dislikes: I had a reservation for a Suite and a couple of rooms for some family and guest for my wedding. When my fiance arrives for check in, surprise there was no suite and rooms ready. I called weeks before with a reservation # and everything to make sure there was going to be no problem with a check in time of 11am. The manager of the sales dept. reassured me there would not be a problem that morning. I was having my bridesmaids and photographer meet me there, so we can get ready and take some memorable photos for this special day in my life. But no suite or room. Very disappointing for such a nice hotel to have such bad managing skills. And btw the front desk told us that a PLATINUM MEMBER was in the suite and they had no expected time that they were leaving. Not only to feel like second best. Never go here for that special occasion and depend on managements word. It's not worth anything. TRUST ME!!

the hotel starting to show it's age. staining spots on the carpets. bad lighting. the food was okay. no hot water for a shower. room had a bad smell and musty. the bed worn out.
