This hotel advertised stuff that they don't offer.The first night they had a dark room and we had to stand outside in the dark to register for our room.They gave us a room with beer bottle and top on the floor. no remote for the tv ,we were told told that we could have another room the next day.The room the next day was also dissapointing ,no remote ,I had to ask for a remote from the office.No microwave only a small refrigerator with missing shelves. no hangers in the closet.We constantly heard water running from other bathroom or showers.no continental breakfeast as their add said only coffee in the lobby from 9am until 10 am.The card key to the door didn't work half the time we always had to call the office to open our room. It ruined some of our vacation.

Calling the experience at this hotel "Awful" adds some value to this place which doesn't deserve anything. We booked this hotel online and I should be beating myself up for not reading the reviews properly before landing in this place. We got to the hotel at around 11pm. All the check-in transactions happened behind bullet-proof glasses. We got the keys and went to the room. The room was huge and the lighting was very bad. There were dark glasses around the ceiling that made me think "What if there are cameras inside". So I even refused to get into my night dress. I got so restless looking at that place, that I had my lights on all night. I woke up early morning, had a quick shower in the dirty bathroom, and checked-out and ran from that place being thankful that I was still alive. The neighborhood is very bad. Don't stay here if you love your life. If you can imagine how a whorehouse might look like, then this place will definitely fit right in.

This motel is like from out of a scary movie. Firstly, there is no front desk. All u see is a dark room behind bullet-proof glass where a man responds via a mike and every transaction is through that glass window... night or day. The room was over-sized, dirty, with pale yellow lighting (to hide the grime). It actually stunk of vomit in the corner near the bed. The room had mirrors along the top of the walls at the ceiling for decoration and it added to the mixture of "crime-scene eerie" look which characterizes this hole. I seriously suspect that it is used by criminals and hookers regularly. There was no microwave in the room. The bath room had little lighting (same pale light but it appeared even darker than the room) and had yellow tiles ... a dirty deep shade of yellow. I was too afraid to shower there. My skin crawls when I think of the dirt and the bad vibes. I cut my stay short and checked out in 1 night. The only reason I stayed was that I checked in after 11 pm and it was too late to carefully see the place or find some place else. I regret staying there even that 1 night. I will never stay here or recommend it to anyone ... and never book on the internet knowing nothing about the hotel or the surroundings.

Requested non-smoking, got smoking; no shampoo first day; no tv until third day; fire alarm went off and sounded for 20 minutes; no bottled water on premises; manager working hard, changed to better room
