In getting ready to leave what was otherwise an uneventful stay, I opened the bed sheets to find a giant cockroach. At lease we were not charged for the extra guest!

Never again!

The noise level was incredible! Parties in rooms spilled out onto the balcony after 2 a.m Some staff members extremely pleasant while one morning receptionist was very rude. Our door keys were changed to new codes midday without our knowledge and if office would have closed, we could not have gotten into our room. They stated this was because they didn't who was in the room even though we checked in and prepaid with our credit card for both days. I have never heard of this practice. I could forego the sleep loss for 2 nights but why lock us out of our room?

we never got a chance to stay because even though we guaranteed it they were sold-out when my daughter arrived! They did offer a hotel in Dixon but we reserved there because we wanted to be close to campus...so thanks
