Needs A Lot Of Help

Stayed here this past weekend for halloween haunt. Price wasnt bad considering what you got:
Parking
Admission to Haunt
Haunt T - Shirts
Haunt Dinner Buffet
Breakfast Buffet Next Morning
Dinner buffet was good, but missed the appetizer table and carving station that they have inside the part at Spurs Chophouse. Haunt was good as always, event though some of the mazes do have room for improvement.
The room though, Super 8 & Motel 6 in the dirty parts of Vegas are better:
Bed was so hard that if you bounced on it, you didnt bounce
Pillows were so soft that you were better off just using the hard mattress
Towels felt like sandpaper even after they were wet
Shower pressure was non - existent. The highest setting was Niagara and that was definitely an abuse of the word
And then, to top it off, the breakfast buffet the next morning. Would have been better had Denny's or IHOP catered it:
Tray of Scrambled eggs (decent, not runny like they are at most places)
Tray of Bacon & Sausage (unidentifiable as to pork or turkey or something else)
Tray of Hash Browns (shredded type, so not always the best)
Tray of French Toast (decent, but have had better)
Oatmeal (didnt try)
Cereal station (for the kids, but saw more adults eating from it than the regular food - didnt try)
Pastry Table (very lackluster - didn't try, but wife did)
No toast, no bagels and no biscuits. This is the Knotts that is famous for their fried chicken and biscuits and yet they were no where to be seen.
KBF management, since Radisson is no longer involved, needs to reasses this establishment before adding the title of "Resort" to the name.
Stayed here a few years ago when it was Radisson, and do not recall it being this terrible.
Will stay again for Haunt so we dont have to deal with the drive home, but would not stay for any other reason.
