Days Inn Anaheim Buena Park, Buena Park

They allowed us to check in Early. Great location 1 block from Knott's and Soak City - But its a trap!!! First problem is when I booked my reservation no where was it listed the resort fee. Then we get to the Room. The TV did not work, so the guy moved us to a differant room. I paid for 2 queen beds. The room we were moved to had 2 double beds in it. When we told the guy front desk guy about it he argued and said that hotel only had queen beds. So after going back to the room we inspected the bed tags - sure enough (Doubles). Called the front desk up and the manager was not in, the front desk guy said there was nothing he could do till morning. There was Black MOLD in the shower. The floor tiles in the bathroom were all broke. The water temp is not constant it gets real hot for no reason. The Air condition makes a loud clicking sound. And the Beds were Hard as Rocks. So the next day we talk to the manager. They apologize for the night clear and tell us he is new. They upgrade us to a suite.. no compensation for the night before that i paid for 2 queens and ended up with 2 doubles... So we move into the suite.. the telephone does not work.. The rest of the room was fine.. the phone just did not work.. For $75 a night I sure would have expected a whole lot better. And for the name DAYS INN I would have expected better quality. I sure wish I could post pictures of the rooms here. Im sure no one would want to stay here after seeing them

At the time, I really didn't think the Days Inn was anything special, but since, I have seen much worse, and think this place is an overall good buy. It was conveniently located near Knott's and the mall (and my family!), and was clean, well maintained, and safe. The staff was fairly courteous, but the continental breakfast was only coffee and doughnuts. Not at all bad place.

the Door did not lock and it was in a bad part of town and the services was not that helpful the staff did not care about us because we have already paid so we could not do anything about but loss our money i only stay for 3day before going to another hotel
