It doesn't get much worse than this. The rooms facing the freeway (most of them) simulate sleeping "on" the freeway - no sound insulation at all. Left a computer part in my room, called and faxed them 3 times and it took 9 days for them to check the room (it was gone). Brick beds, awful pillows, pre-packaged breakfast food with "fresh" 3-day old bagels, dog surprises all over the lawn (it's dog friendly, but they don't clean up). The good part: toasters for the bagels so they didn't seem so stale.
