Ramada San Luis Obispo, San Luis Obispo

This was an average hotel with clean rooms. The continental breakfast offered a variety of foods. Like one of the other reviewers said, San Luis Obispo is an expensive town to stay in. For the money, this was a pretty good deal.

I thought I made a reservation online but I did not click the submit button. The error was mine. When I arrived at Ramada Inn the desk clerk was rude. He pointed to my paperwork and was jamming his finger on the submit on my paper saying I needed to select the button. He said I did not have a room. I then asked him if he had room available and he said rudley yes but it would be $50 more than online. I would have been willing to pay because it was my error but I just walked out and found a room elsewhere where they were very nice and pleasant. I would never stay at this Ramada Inn.

the place is neet and clean. the frunt desk stasf is polite & halping. rooms are clean. the view is nice. it is good place near down town.

To be fair, the place had cheaper rates, pool, internet, and a good location near the 101 near the downtown area... but everything else was terrible. Check-in person (assume he was the owner) was quite rude. Room was musty, dusty, seemed old... I've worked at hotels when I was younger and I could tell there were bedbugs infesting the mattresses. Mold in the bathroom. The "continental breakfast" was coffee and a mini-muffin. I have no clue as to why Ramada would even affiliate with them; certainly doesn't live up to the brand. They wouldn't even knock down the rate after complaining. I'd advise to check some of the places off the Monterey Street exit. Ramada SLO - Uggg!

Tattered dirty rooms and way over priced for what you receive. Everything about the room screamed rake in the profit and give the customer the bare minimum. Paper thin bath towels, missing light bulbs, Filthy chairs and couches, luke warm water, all tolerable at 1/5 the price.

Rates are high for the service rendered, is a really old, old place, not even a microwave in the room, everything smells like mold and old, appliances are 60's, yes, 60's, like "Lucy's show'...Front desk is not friendly, breakfast is just doughnuts and coffe (not even decaf). You could find better places for same rates, we found that nigh the "Apple Farm" hotel, same price, and 10 millions times better, but this people didn't accept cancellation. Definetely not a place for you as tourist, a student, a business person, or any other plan...

This place was a horrible place to stay. The sercive was terrible. They lost our reservations, raised our prices and gave us a disgusting room. The fridge was broken, as well as stove, the sofa wouldn't pull out, and the bathroom door would not lock. When we needed towels they would try to limit us to them. We were a family of five and requested only four towels. After we specifically asked him for four and brought back two. We also got a nice view of the dirty swamp under us.I would never stay here again.

Please what ever you do, do not stay here. We stayed here one night and the place has bugs. Bugs all over the room and the room was dirty. pay more money for a better place.
