Farmer's Daughter Hotel, Los Angeles

Our first night in california was a BAD experience was there for THE PRICE IS RIGHT,the first motel or should I say ROACH MOTEL we stayed in the area was not safe and the motel sucked(DAY'S INN HOLLYWOOD BLVD). I was told about FARMER'S DAUGHTER and we left the ROACH MOTEL and checked in at FARMER'S DAUGHTER, this place is really nice, the rooms are clean,very neat set-up country style. Friendly people I would stay there again.

back in Nov 2002...mom and I stayed at the hotel..they were doing contruction on the hotel while we were there for my birthday for a few days and to be on the price is right game show which is right across the street which is execellent...the continital breakfast and the friendly staff made the stay comfortable for us..we ate at the farmers market and took the city bus all around town instead of renting a car.. it was a great experience for us..Next time we come to LA we will be staying here for a few more nights..it was great!! Next time we Hope to see some celebrities.

Location...location...location, love shopping @ the Farmer's Market and the Grove. It's easy to get around. Offering a special room rate that includes a car rental and tours, would be nice. Love to go back.

Thinking our trip to LA would be expensive, but high-class, we were more than a little surprised with Farmer's Daughter. The cost was great...but FD was anything but high-class. It was homey and comfortable with great service. Our only complaint was that the elevator smelled horrible. We had to hold our noses each time we made the trip to the third floor.

My husband and I stayed two nights at The Farmer's Daughter hotel and we absolutely loved it. The decor was so cute and made us feel like we were in the country. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful in giving us advice for our trip to "The Price is Right". I will surely stay here again. I just hope to have MORE days than what we had. We had no worries for parking and felt very safe in this location. Plenty of shopping and places to eat within walking distance also.

This hotel was recommended to us and we are so glad we took the advice. It was a great location, price and friendly staff. The room was prepared with just what you needed, not a bunch of extras, but everything you would need: luggage rack, shampoo and all that stuff, dvd player with movies available to borrow, easy lap top hook on the desk, I could go on and on. We had a 2 year old and a 4 month old and we all stayed very comfortably. Can't wait to stay there again.

Located on Fairfax, this Hotel offers the charm of a country like setting with a conveineint LA location that is 20 minutes from LAX. The interior is newly decorated to make you feel like you are in the middle of the country and even has a rocking chair. But don't let this fool you, the room is still modern in design and is equiped with cable tv, internet access, and airconditioning. Across from the CBS studio this Hotel is near it all. You can shop on Melrose by day , go out in Santa Monica by night, and still have time to exerience Universal Studios. All of this is within minutes of a drive. Parking is free and all you need to do is give them your license plate number. The Hotel is family owned and you can tell by the service. Hotel staff is friendly and they even provide you with a free continental breakfast in the morning. You will have to drive to go to get a bite to eat but don't worry because there are plenty of restaurants around a 2 mile radius. Prices are fairly reasonable and you will get more for you money then all the other nearby hotels. I recommnend making reservations for the weekends but sometimes you can get a room if you just drop in.
