BEST WESTERN Woodland Hills Inn, Woodland Hills

this inn is not family friendly....when we inquired about a play and pack for our infant they said they did not have any type of crib accomodations...I questioned the clerk about not having a crib for the rooms and he just shrugged his shoulders like it was not their problem..so we had to make a makeshift crib for our 2 month old...the room wasn't very clean either.....would not recommend staying

Service was excellent, rooms were nicer than most best westerns. Staff was friendly and helpful.

If you need a nice little place to stay, then this place isn't too bad. It's a very clean place & most of the staff is great! Like others have said - you get several knocks on your door for room service until you actually show that you are up & moving. They will also call you between 9 & 10 am to ask if you are staying again. The closer to 11 it gets they will call & give you a 30/20 minutes left before check out unless you want to stay again. Also the pool was to be in full working condition & it was NOT. There was nothing said about the pool not working either until we went to get in it & asked what was going on. Don't let them fool you when they say they will credit you for the inconvience - they never do! Other than that the place is ok.

I stayed at this best western once and I did not like the service what so ever. In the morning from startin at 8 am room service knocks on your door every hour after that. The check out time is at 11:00 am and they call you from 9 30 every half an hour asking you if you want to stay for another day. Otherwise the rooms are nice and clean. I think it would be nicer if the rooom service people are sent to your rooms after the checkout time and they should change the checkout to 12:00.

We stay at a lot of four star hotels. I must say this was right up there. The hotel has gone through a tremendous renovation. The hotel looks gorgeous from the outside and in. They have thoguht of every detail . . from the moment you walk out of your car you hear beautiful music playing. Once you walk yp to the lobby the iron doors were incredible. The lobby is beautiful. Then we went into our room and the inviting color palette they have used is very calming. Their pool and spa are tucked away onto the second floor. It is so intimate and peaceful by the pool side. I must say this is the Best of the Best Western they must have there. I am truly happy that we found this place. I highly recommend it for the beauty and especially the price.

It is not the Four Seasons but it is a tremendous value for this location. I stayed nearly 8 months there and would not hesitate coming back. It is managed by a young couple who take care of business. Security cameras are everywhere and they do not tolerate undue nonsense. They are under constant renovation and most of the rooms are really neat. Great pool & jacuzzi. Some rooms are equipped with a fridge and has a secure wired internet. There are a couple of delis across the street in a shopping center that has most everything you'd need for a stay. Malibu is 20 minutes away through the Topanga Canyon and it's just off Hwy 101 toward Ventura.

My husband and I were planning a trip to Los Angeles and was recommended to stay at this hotel from a few family members that also stayed here. We had an extremely enjoyable experience. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were very clean with modern furniture. The pool/jacuzzi area was at a nice secluded area for a bit more privacy which also had an awesome view of the city. Shopping and restaurants are walking distance. We even saw a few celebrities eating at the local restaurants. We will definately be coming back to stay at this place on our next trip!

Stayed here a few years ago and now currently was surprised how much improvement with new management and renovations. Inside rooms very clean, very affordable rates especially for room with high speed internet access, frig & microwave included. Very friendly management. Have already stayed here 4 times in last 4 months on business.

They are now under renovation but the new rooms look awesome. Service was also great. We truly recommend this place for price, cleanliness and above all their friendliness.

Victor was quite sweet. Customer service is so hard to find now these days and he was very helpful. Such a sweet place to be at when people are friendly.
