Yes, we got bed bugs from this motel. We don't stay at hotels very often and our doctor confirmed that this must have been where we got the bed bugs since the last motel we stayed in was 7 months earlier. Kids got them, I got them, my wife got them. Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting.

This place was DISGUSTING! You would be better off sleeping in your vehicle & showering in a truck stop! It's that bad! Flip a coin...your air conditioner MIGHT work & it might NOT! But hey, if you like bugs, mold & stench...this is right up your alley! If not, save YOUR MONEY!!

I LIKED NOTHING!! THIS MOTEL NEEDS TO BE KNOCKED DOWN B4 IT FALLS DOWN, IT HAS MOLD, ROACHS, STANK........NASTY CARPET. YUCK!!! I SUGGEST YOU NOT STAY HERE EVER!!!

We had this hotel reserved for two baseball teams this past weekend. When we got there we could tell that it was a dump, but decided to tuff it out, until the air conditioner didn't work in any rooms except two & they weren't just great! The whole ball teams checked out for both nights! Please don't waste your time or money this is the absolute worst hotel I've ever seen & they aren't Ramada Inn as they advertise!!!!!

Mold, Mildew,Dirty ~ ..RUDE MGR..I well never stay there again. moved to another room was not any better. Checked out ..went to BEST WESTERN..MUCH NICER. FRIG/MICRO IN ROOM..Only a few $ more..

You would think this was a nice place because of location and brand name, but it's not. There was dirt, bugs, and mold & mildew everywhere. Beware, I checked into the hotel, but had to go to a meeting, so I did not go straight to the room. 2hrs later when I did go to the room, I found the room in really bad condition. I complained and they offered to move me to another room that was suppose to be upgraded. It was not any better. I asked for my money back, but they said since it had been over 30min, I could not get a full refund. I took pictures of the room and left. I ended up going to a Best Western that was not any better. The only other choice was a Days Inn, THANK GOD!!! It was very nice, they said several people left from Ramada & Best Western to come over to them. It was so much better and the people were nice. I disputed the charges on my credit card from Ramada, with the pics, I got my money back. DON'T STAY AT RAMADA IN BENTON, AR.
