Staff VERY friendly, pool was 3-8 feet, which was GREAT and fairly clean. Carpet quiet dirty but where ever I stay, I bring slippers and clorox wipes. Room and towels always clean, very convienient to all locatons. Would defientley stay again

Great Value Near ASU
By bradcymru, 07/17/08
I stayed here back in March and found none of the problems mentioned by other folks. If you're just looking for a comfortable clean room near downtown Tempe, this is a great deal. If you want more than that, you probably shouldn't be staying at a Days Inn to begin with. I'd recommend it to anyone and will stay there again the next time I visit the Phoenix area.

Big Mistake
By andrew c, 04/20/08
Please consider a different hotel. Despite what may appear to be a value price, the hotel conditions are aweful. We had planned a 5 night stay, but checked-out within 30 minutes of arrival. The room had not experienced any upgrades (carpet, bed, tv, bathroom) in what appeared to be a long time. We also found a cockroach in the bathroom. So unless you define value by price only, I would suggest I different hotel. This is truely the worst hotel I have ever seen!

Not Satisfied
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/09/07
My wife and I travel a lot and we have staid on others Days Inn and normally we have been satisfied but this hotel has the worst customer service I have ever seen. My bathroom light was not working I called front desk and they said they could not fix it because they did not have enough staff also I call for additional pillows I was expecting someone to take them to our room instead they told that if we wanted the pillows we would need to pick them up ourselves. This type of service makes me think twice about staying at another Days Inn.

bad stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/09/06
the picture they show is not what the rooms look like and they have no fittness room and no resturant the sheets are so thin you can read throw them and the pillow was so flat and staind. the room was dirty and the shower had mold in it ,it is a good thing we did not see the mattres until the next day or we would never have sleep on it if this is what days inn rooms look like i will never stay at one again.

Close to family
By D, 05/28/05
Location was good to visit family and for college activities. Easy access to main routes in Tempe and Phoenix. On the down side, the rooms needed work. Caulking was peeling in bathroom, latch on sliding door didn't work and a stick had to be placed in door track. Carpet worn.
