What a terrible experience. The bed sheets were dirty and hair on the counter by the sink. The mattress was ripped and overall it was very dingy. The front clerk, Shirley was wonderful in trying to accommodate us but it was awful, even after we changed rooms. The floor in the bathroom had hair all over it.

Clean and a great location

Great location. Close to London Bridge, channel, restaurants. Newly remodeled. New pool and Spa. Staff was very friendly. Free coffee in the lobby. I would definetly check this place out.
