Premier Inns Phoenix, Phoenix

I stayed at this hotel because it was convenient to where I worked and well priced. I stayed here almost a week. Now that the bill has arrived I find I am being double-billed. I had initially planed to stay here three nights, when on the third day I told them I needed to stay additional days, they billed my credit card for three nights. Four nights later, when I checked out they then billed me for all seven nights. Also, beware, the rate changes according to demand and went up $20 a night on Fridays and Saturdays. The staff was nice, the maid service was great. I saw the police in front of the hotel several times, but in a large city like Phoenix, that is to be expected at about any hotel. I had absolutely no problem, the pool is nice.

good: price and location (about other places) bad: old, noisy, insecure,,,,,, i been there 3 times, 2 of them the police was busted the nextdoor people (gang's place) you can take better deals than...

This place is awesome if you are looking for a hotel full of tweakers. The day I was there the cops busted a working meth lab in one of the rooms. Other than that...

Location was great. Near great shopping venues and eateries. In Between the City and the airport. Right off of the interstate and easy to locate. Great service and nice employees.

Lots of cops around the place. The value is good and better to stay here than to drive after drinking, but that's about all that works here.

We like the location, very convenient to the I-17 freeway and Metro Center. Didn't like: the rooms are outdated. Need better beds too. The Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

The motel states "Pets Allowed". Not really correct. They do not allow cats. Information should state they are selective about pets. Also the motel's 800 number would not work, we were put on hold on the toll number, then got disconnected. Believe me, there's much better organized motels in Phoenix.

The hotel is easy to see from the freeway, a little tricky to navigate the first time inside the maze of roads inside the shopping mall, at least for an out of town visitor. Restaurant choices are good. The only problem we had was noise. A loud party occurred a few doors down from us and when we contacted the front office, we were told it was the manager and his buddies making all the noise! The party ended around 1 am. Parking was also a problem but this was probably related to all the party attendees using spaces intended for guests.

I spent the night and accidently left my cell phone, when I called and asked about it the man who answered the phone was rude and only said, I will tell the house keeper, and I asked if she would call me today so I would know if i should cancel my service or not, he says "its up to her if she want to call you or not" I asked excuse me, but what do you mean its up to her, why is this a problem to let me know if its there or not and not just up to her, when I asked to speakt to the manager, i was told They will tell you the same thing so don't bother. Nice place in apperance, but the Staff is RUDE and thats really sad. They are not happy with their jobs then find one they are happy with. The manager needs to teach PEOPLE SKILL to his morning staff, the night staff was GREAT when checking in however. They are happy to take your money, then its all a new attitude. Elyse

I saw a flashing advertisement $44.99 from the I-17 and when I got there to check on the price they said that the didnt have any rooms available. They use the price to draw you in and the give you the higher price $65. I paid the price since the price is still reasonable. I check with the manager when I was checking out and they said the reason for not having the $44.99 available was the they were remodeling the rooms on the Freeway side and they couldnt off the price match for their descrepancy to offer other rooms because of their inability to offer the rooms. The manager has horrible people skills and when I mentioned that why dont price match they said that "if you dont like it, you can go somewhere else". People be ready to pay high prices and dont be alarmed with bad customer service.
