Great Experience

We spent 5 nights at this hotel and were extremely impressed and pleased by the atmosphere and service. Rooms nicely updated, some issues with hot water but staff was responsive in solving the problem. Lobby restaurant/bar had very good food at a reasonable price for a higher level hotel. Servers were excellent. Club level was nice with good continental-type breakfast and very nice "happy hour". We were there with a group of teen boys, and all were well taken care of. We would definitely choose this hotel again if looking for something close to the airport.

i loved everything about it. i was able to relax here than i did at the hotel i stayed at the night before. the front desk staff was extremely courteous as well as the other staffs throughout the hotel.
 
 
 
 
 
Worst yet

Utter chaos and mismanagement. Name not given to airport shuttle. Restaurant over billed several times, long waits for food, which was generally mediocre. Housekeeping a shambles -- had to wait two days for shampoo, no regular coffee packets some days, missing iron, wall socket beneath desk busted, etc. Though discussed need for pool for exercise when booking the pool had been closed for weeks. Front desk never followed up on several complaints as promised. I was part of a party of a dozen people who had a similar experience. Worst major hotel I've stayed at in 40 years.

With hesitation coming again

I have been to this hotel several years in a row as the Angels have an arrangement for Spring Training. Although I will probably stay again this year as it is convenient to the fields, the building and rooms are no way up to what I think of as Sheraton standards. Last year I vowed to write the company about the shabby surroundings in the resturant and rooms. My heater made annoying noise and the feeling of general deterioration and poor upkeep made the stay unpleasant.
 
 
 
 
 
THE DUMP

Who are these people writing reviews for this place. The rooms are over priced, 12x12 with a small bath. Requested a King, recieved a twin. Staff was all over the place when checking in, could not handle their jobs very well. This place is 2-MAYBE 3 Star... NO where close to a 4

Good service - Good location

Very Friendly

The room was great and the gentleman at the front desk was great. He had arranged the driver to pick me up at the airport so I could return the rental that night instead of me waking up extra early to drop it off before an early morning AM flight. When I called the desk to tell the I have arrived at the airport I spoke to a woman at the front desk and she was very nice but I told her I was at gate 4 eastside she told the driver gate 4 westside (per the driver.) I waited outside for well over a half hour and I called the desk back and they radioed the driver who had been waiting at the wrong gate. So my trip to save me time in the morning and using their shuttle cost me a total of 2 hours instead of just dropping off my rental in the morning.
 
 
 
 
 
Zero Defects!

This hotel has a nice pool, great bar/restaurant and excellent service. The rooms are not large, but are very clean and modern. I have no complaints whatsoever about this hotel. Good location if you're in town to watch the Utah Utes STOMP Pitt at Sun Devil Stadium.
