Days Hotel Flagstaff, Flagstaff

The room smelled like smoke and the staff were rude. We were over charged for the room since we cancelled the second night. We could sleep because the smoke smell was so strong.

We arrive to this hotel after a grueling trip form the canyon and were very disappointed. The Hotel smelled like a smokers convention had been there for the last 20 years; didnt matter that we got non-smoking rooms, the carpet was dirty and we didn’t bother to sleep under the sheets because the rest of the room was in poor shape. But perhaps the greatest gift was the train running every 30 minutes. Because of the poor insulation around the windows, you could hear it coming 10 minutes away and the horn made it impossible to get any rest. The microwave and the mini frig was a plus but the price exceeded any benefits.

every 40 minutes the train went by blowing its horn i did not sleep at all. .if you must stay here wear ear plugs.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and in good condition. The kids loved the pool and pool table! We would definitely stay here again

I will never go back.My family and I where in Flagstaff for medical reasons saw the pic online of this place..ha ha ha what a joke the plants around the pool look really nice in the pic,it looks nothing like that, There might be 3 or 4.anyway we only where in our room for 2 hours and the guy under us would complane if we flushed the toilet.so after he called the frount desk 2 time's and came up to the room once.The guy at the frount desk told us he was going to kick us out if the guy called again.So we packed up our 4 children and all of our stuff and was on our way to get a refund and stay some where else. Well the guy at the frount desk told me it was our falt and there could only be a refund through the company we booked with.so it's 9:30pm and we searched until 11:00pm no rooms anywhere.We had to drive back home 3 1/2 hours.I missed my appoiment. The booking agncy would no refund our money because we checked in even though we where there for maby hours. this place sucks. Oh ya and the bathroom corners on the floor looked like they had never been cleaned,the wall paper was falling off the walls and it smelled horrable.nasty,nasty

We got there around 11pm. We had been driving all day and just wanted to shower and go to bed. We couldn't shower because the shower was disgusting! Didn't look like it had been cleaned! We told the manager, so he came up,looked at the shower and said your fine to take a shower. He didn't clean it or anything, just said he'd put a complaint in tomorrow. He was VERY rude! The furniture was old, and stained. The bed was uncomfortable too. The only good thing about this place was the price.

The hotel room we had smelled like smoke so very bad! Had to move to another room. The rooms are nice to stay in. I actually had a suite but didn't get to stay in it.
