was a good place to stay if you have a boat. they have chained area for boats for parking overnight.

A great find. The property is very well maintained. It was quiet and clean. The pool is very nice. The lake view and balcony is a nice touch. A great find for a great value. We're def. coming back. The mini fridge and micorwaves in the rooms are a nice touch. The toiletries and towels and such are what you would expect from a Best Western. Negatives: It's a bit hard to find and kind of in a weird spot and if you have an upstairs room, there is only one stairway in the middle, so carting your luggage and stuff is a chore and especialy so if the parking lot is full.

no pool didnt disclose, rates higher when arrived. didnt take off extra ten dollars per extra person even with 10 days notice. person at desk not cooperative about any of above. like a motel 6

This property offers a great value, but the location is in a less desirable neighborhood and the propery was most likely built in the early 60's. When booking a balcony room, keep in mind the balcony is shared with the guest next door. This is a franchise property and offers updated clean rooms, but the staff was surly to indifferent. As a member of Best Westerns rewards program and a traveler who spends many nights away from home I would "Spend a few more dollars at another property...stay closer to Lake Havasu, The London Bridge, other area attractions and be within walking distance."

After reading other's reviews of this hotel I was a bit weary to stay here. When we arrived (at night) the outside of this Best Western was by far in need of some TLC and judging by the looks of it during the day that was an understatement. But I was pleasantly surprised to find our room, clean, very spacious and nicely decorated. The air conditioning was already on which was really nice. If I had judged by the outside of this hotel I would not have stayed here. If you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay and just need a bed to sleep in between boating trips - this is a perfect hotel.

Beware that this hotel, has a 48-hour cancellation policy. I called one hour after the deadline to cancel (47 hours prior to check-in) and they still charged me a night’s stay. So, just beware that if you cancel after the deadline you just paid for the room. Talk about great way to keep a customer.
