Dothan National Golf Club & Resort, Dothan

We are from Panama City, Fl . We have been wanting to stop by there for a couple yrs now. Our anniversary was this month & my husband loves to golf. We were amazed at how affordable it was. The golf course was well taken care of, pool & mineral pool was wonderful, & food at their restuarant was home cooking absolutely delicous. The atmosphere was friendly, we didn't even leave their parking lot. We didn't have a chance to try massage, salon or gym area. We could tell that some of the things were outdated as in the gym equipment. The sink in our room was stopped up, but they came to our room quickly to fix it. The hotel could use some TLC but we enjoyed it so much we've decided to make it our tradition for every anniversary. We will also be recommending it to everyone else....

We really liked the rooms very nice in size, the Mineral Spring was excellent, Marco's was clean, meals were reasonably and all the staff we came into contact with was very friendly. Thank you for making our trip to Dothan enjoyable. Only thing was missing was a clock in the room. Can't wait to come back!

Rooms are not very appealing. Location between Dothan and PC probably not the best for hotels. The course is ok, not too hard. Best to play it from the back tees, but aren't they all? Landing areas are widest 250 to 275 from the back. Why don't we all play from there? I know I stay out of the woods more from the back than up at the whites.
