This is a very nice place to stay

I stayed at this Holiday Inn over the weekend and i found there to be no problems at all. It was very clean and plenty of hot water. I will stay here again on my next visit to Gulf Shores,AL

Hot water problems

It was clean and the size of the room was great however in the afternoon we had hot water but forget about a hot shower in the morning. Every morning there we had a COLD shower. We complained and was told it would be fixed or we would be moved to another room. Again in the afternoon we had hot water but not in the mornings. When we checked out the manager said he was sorry and would give me extra points or $25.00 off we took the $25.00 off our bill. We don't think we will stay there again because they did not get the problem fixed.

I'd rather stay in a tent!!!

My daughters softball tournament was cancelled in Gulf Shores and moved to another city in north AL. I needed to cancel my reservations at this hotel for now. I was going to return in the near future for other tournaments. Cash was the owner/manager who told me that I would be charged roughly $120 for a cancellation penalty or move my reservation to another date. I was going to return with my family and the rest of our team until he (Cash) gave me this ultimatum. Now we will find a hotel with owners who can be more understanding and courteous and we will stay with them everytime we travel to the area. P.S. Lynn is an employee here who is very nice and helpful just in case anyone chooses to support this hotel or its owners, that I will not.

worst holiday ever

the toilets, were overflowing and the spliage leaked into our bedroom ankle height! the wallpaper was falling off and the corners had damp. Not to mention the questionable looking stains on the sheets... overall i was utterly dissapointed... being a black male i expect england to provide me with more than what i recieved, i saved my bennefits for ages to afford this holiday.
