Won't be back

We chose this hotel based on the convenient location and shuttle service to O'Hare airport. We arrived after dark and spent a good 1/2 hour looking for the place, based on the directions I'd printed off of their web site. After 1/2 hour of not being able to find the place, we called, only to be told that the name (and sign) had changed for the Excell Inn to the Baymont. Aggravating, but these things happen.
Upon returning, we called the desk to let them know we needed to be picked up by the shuttle. The first call was @ 10:30 pm. We were finally picked up @ 12:10 am after a dozen phone calls and being told many times that we needed to go somewhere that didn't apply to the international terminal, though I had told the desk person that was where we were. It finally clicked with him that we had a different pickup spot @ around 11:45. We were exhusted from running around. The price is great, but the return pick up was a REALLY bad experience and we won't go back.
