Awsome
By Brian Stapelton, 12/7/09
I've stayed here in the past and would of called it 3 stars, but since my return things have changed for the better. Everyone on the new staff seem more hospitable, with much care and eagerness to make it a more enjoyable stay. The breakfast was outstanding, and the shuttle to the airport was free

HORRIBLE!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/10/09
Me and my Best girlfriend stayed here and were awaken at midnight to someone on the hotel staff trying to enter our room "to clean it" because they thought the room was unoccupied. I would recommend never to stay here...our Girls getaway turned into a nightmare which involved the police having to come and escort us out of the hotel for saftey reasons! Pay the extra money to stay somewhere else!

WILL NEVER GO BACK OR RECOMMEND
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 8/6/09
Our family booked a Family Reunion at the Quality Hotel. The staff tried to accomadate us but did not have the proper tools or man-power to handle what was promised. The Management is to BLAME here. We paid $129.00/night, which is not cheap. Literally everyone had only one facecloth in the room and when we asked for additional towels and facecloths we were told they were dirty and we had to wait. The rooms on the main floor had a mildew and mold odor. Our 99 year old grandfather was initially in one of these rooms. At breakfast, we had one waiter trying to serve over fifty people. To top it off, each person paid $40.00 for the banquet dinner. The ball room was set-up at the very last minute and the tables had no center pieces. Actually, a few of the family members had to help setup the ballroom. The dinner consisted of plastic utensils and bad food. To make matters worst, right before the banquet started an assistant- manager came to us and demanded a check. Anyone that has ever held an affair knows that you make an initial deposit and pay the final bill at the end of the evening. These incompetent people wanted the bill before the affair and then demanded a certified check or mastercard (people were actually in the hall at this time). The hotel provided horrific service and then demanded to get paid for a service not even provided yet. We plan to file a major complaint against this establishment. As long as the Quality Hotel is under the current management, I warn STAY AWAY.

For the price I paid...
By jezz16, 1/9/08
This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The staff was very friendly. The hotel was very clean. I came in on a casino package which was so reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. There were many amenities available that I took advantage of...the Fitness Center (had a great workout), the Game Room and Pub, had breakfast in the restaurant and even bought a gift for my father in law at the Golf Shop. The rooms were well maintained. i was very happy with my experience and will definately stay again when i come to Atlantic City. Being away from all of the huistle and bustle of the city but only a five minute drive to the casino was a very enjoyable experience.

NOT SO BAD!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/21/07
After reading a review from 7/7, i was afraid that I had gotten myself into a mess. We had a delightful stay at this hotel. It was located in an easy spot for doing everything, the beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet. Some friends decided last minute to join us and they were able to give us rooms near by. I was expecting a hotel, not a resort. There are some decorative things that were started and not finished but when we left we saw some coporate types touring and checking those things out. For the rate we paid we would absolutely return!!

No return
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/8/07
Hotel room smelled musty and of mildew. The bathroom walls and facilities were literally wet with condensation. We only had two towels in our bathroom upon arrival, and when I called for additional towels, I was told to come down to the front desk for them...when I did, I was given a couple hand towels to tide us over as that was all they had. We were there with several other family members in several other rooms...some were fortunate to have a working refrigerator and others were not, yet we were all charged the same rate. Our room was not made up each day, and if the bed was made, they forgot to give us towels or coffee for the room coffee maker, or shampoo. Every day we had to have our key cards re-programmed as for some reason the hotel kept clearing them. We had a surprise visit from ants...all over the chairs and table. The chairs were stained (looked like someone had an "accident" while seated). The restaurant was not open at the times noted on the information card in the room, and when we inquired about that, we were advised they have nothing to do with the hotel (although in the same building)...The grounds were not kept up to a "RESORT" standard. We will not recommend this hotel to anyone, and will not be returning.

Customer Service is not what you will receive here
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/26/07
What looked like a pretty good place to stay turned out to be a terrible experience. Cleaning people were very disruptive in the morning (talking outside your room extremely loud). Our room keys didn't work. I had to drive back from the casino to let my own wife get into our room because they wouldn't reprogram the key(because I didn't register here name during check-in)Extremely rude guest services. I wouldn't go back or recommending anyone stay there..

Deteriorating Hotel/No 2 1/2 Star Place
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/31/06
The rooms here smelled very musty and nasty as though there was mold or mildew. The hotel looks as though at one time there were big plans for it with fountains outside that no longer work lacking water. The pool area had a whirlpool that had dirt in it and was not in working condition. Someone left a wet towel in the pool area that was there for two days. Never saw anyone maintain the pool area. Playground outside had black tarp on it - no landscaping was done, though. Outdoor tennis courts were a shamble with weeds in it. Pictures do not tell the story of how poorly maintained this hotel is. Would not consider staying here ever again! Definitely very run down area of suburb area of West Atlantic City and Pleasantville. Not a pleasant visit!

It was nice.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 2/25/05
There is no one at the front desk throughout the night. Someone should be available throughout the night in case of an emergency.
