Met our needs very well!

We had a belated Christmas get-together for our extended family & needed a place w/ a gathering spot for about 20 people. B.W. University Inn's conference room was perfect for us! While it was a "no frills" room, it was clean & just fine. Staff brought in a small TV so the kids could play w/ the Wii they'd brought along, so they were entertained down on one end of the room. The room was set up w/ some long & a couple large round tables, and of course, we could re-arrange to suit us, and there was still plenty of mingling room.
One thing we were particularly needing was a place that allowed us to bring in our own food/beverages, and this one did. There were plenty of electrical outlets. Also loved that there were restrooms right outside the conf room.
The bedrooms (we had 8) were just fine for us. We spent almost no time in the rooms, so we weren't looking for anything luxurious--just clean & reasonably up-to-date, which these were. We had a combination of the 2 types of rooms: either 2 double beds OR one king + pull-out couch. Would have preferred 2 queen beds, but apparently, they don't have them. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were updated. They served our purposes just fine.
A couple of the adult guys & little kids used the indoor pool. I didn't go w/ them--didn't hear any comments.
The staff was very, very friendly & accommodating! They repeated several times to just let them know if we needed anything in the conference room. We felt very welcomed. We definitely plan on staying here again next year for our annual holiday get-together. While there would be many other places that are fancier & have more amenities, we were attracted to the price of this place, the location, & just having what we needed. For us, paying twice as much for conference room & bedrooms somewhere else is not worth it for a 24-hr stay!
