By A Yahoo! Contributor, 7/24/07
Hotel is under renovation. Hallway has odor and feeling is creepy. Breakfast was inedible. Only offered "buffet" that has 3 things on it. eggs were runny pancakes hard. Would not go again. Paid $100

One of the best vacations I've had
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/2/07
I throughly enjoyed my stay at The Best Western at Hunt's Landing! I must say that my husband and I strongly disagree with Norman's review. If someone is going to provide their insight into their experience they should at least have the audacity to spell all words and phrases correctly before providing an embarassment to themselves while freely giving away their name. My husband and I are avid karaokers while we enjoyed exercising the karaoke equipment at Annies' Lounge the fine bar we spent our 40'th anniversary at. We are 63 and had a blast at this establishment. We would recommend this hotel for any special occassion.

Not happy at All!!!!
By Norm, 8/23/04
My wife and I just spent our 15 year anniversery
at your hotel and spent $622.19 and we are not
satisfied with your hotel.1st,the parking is great.2nd,your $10.00 a night for a dog is insane, what for?If its the poop, the geese have so much poop on the grounds, you can't tell whats
dog poop and whats geese poop!3rd when a customer has a dog or cat, they should be given a
choice on a 1st fl room for conveince.4th,your staff is very un-friendly,no hello,no how your stay, nothing!!The bar {Anne's lounge}was the only place to find a happy face! When we 1st ate in the dinning room for breakfast, the waitress
couldn't get coffee to us quick enough, the second time,we had to hunt down and ask for a second cup of coffee. The rooms were ok except for the very old matress,my wife and I sank to the middle at night! Now for a tip,we will be sending a can of Old Bay seasoning to the cheif,
so when they serve steamed crabs or shrimp, your
guest will have a choice of bland seasoning or
Maryland seasoning which is the best in the World.Your hotel doesn't have much to offer for
fun activitys unless you drink. The put-put corse
is out dated and in need of a good paint job.
What I see as a guest,is that your staff spends
more time cleaning places that don't need cleaning or doing alot of paper work and not paying attention to the guests. If it was possible for me to get my money back or a free stay at another one of your hotels at your cost,I would. If this was possible.I would not
recomend this location for people under the age of 60.
