Comfort Inn Silicon Valley East was very nice

I stayed comfort Inn of San Jose, there, I experienced bad connection of internet. Honestly speeking, I have not good impression about Comfort Inn. But, Comfort Inn Silicon Valley East was very nice. except mid night train whistles.

We had an awesome time! The hotel and staff were all wonderful, and everyone went above and beyond to meet our needs and requests. We would definitely stay at this hotel again, as well as recommend it to anyone we know! Thank You!!

We really Like this hotel. I don't know why the people are complaining about the train noise. It's not that bad. I endup with this hotel because there was no rooms available in the area. When I saw the review on google it was my last choice. But it turned out really good. now it is my best choice, Great hotel. Great Staff. Great Room. I have no complain. One of the best Hotel

Good experience for Business traveler

The room is clean and Front Desk is friendly, but owing to the road construction, it's not easy to find it. It's good for business travelers. They also provide wired/wireless internet access.

Best Experience of the stay

Hotel is great and the staff is very good. Currently there is a construction on the freeway makes harder to find the exit. I know it is temperory. Hotel has a good amenities like Free wireless and wired internet service. Great breakfast in the morning. Nice hotel.

Amaizing service

I am from Japan. I visited this hotel in usa. And the problem I had was when i checked out. I left my purse and passport in the Hotel room. When I reached at the san francisco airport I realise that I left the Passport in the room. I only had one and half hour before my departure time. I contacted the hotel and explain the situation to the manager. He told me not to worry about it. He drive to sanfrancisco airport 45 minute to diliver the passport. I was so panic but he made it so comfortable for me. I can not belive this. I tried to pay for the trip But manager did not took any money from me instead he brought me a coffee mug as a sovinier so i can remember the Staff. I keep the coffee mug in my office to remind me the example of good customer service. My english is not so good. So i have some mistake in the letter. sorry. Very good hotel.

Great staff, great hotel

The hotel has a workout room and guest laundry room, and the rooms are thoughtfully furnished with all the necessities: hair dryer, coffee maker, extra pillows. In fact, when I experienced the first good night of sleep I'd had in two weeks of travel, due to a pillow that was the perfect height and which relieved the back pain I'd had for months, I asked to buy it, no matter the cost. I felt a little foolish asking to buy it, and expected to hear an exorbitant dollar amount. The friendly and efficient front desk manager, Thu, told me she'd ask the hotel manager and let me know. When I got back to the hotel, she told me that the manager had given me the pillow!! I was stunned and very pleased. This hotel goes above and beyond the requirements for good service, cleanliness, and anticipation of customer needs.

Customer service is beyond the expectation

I stayed at this hotel and let me tell you. Never seen a hotel manager come and help a guest to change flat tire. He came to me and told me to wait in the lobby while he and the maintenance man replace my car flat tire. And on top of that they repair my car tire while i was attending my important meeting.
