Quality Hotel Downtown - Inn at False Creek, Vancouver

We booked a king size room a week in advance, only to find out when we arrived that our king size room was given away and we were stuck with a smaller queen bed room. The front desk clerk was kind enough to give us free parking to make up for the mixup, but we were still unimpressed. Bed was comfortable enough, but the bathroom was tiny and had quite a bit of mold growing from the tiles. The view out the window would have been great, but the rail across the bottom of the window was covered in bird poop. Also, we woke up late and were told we were not able to have maid service after the hour of 2:30. The location was great for access to Granville street and everything else downtown. Overall, I think I would spend a bit extra and get a nicer room somewhere else next time I visit the city.

All Front Desk staff was great and nice(no cold tone !) helpful....etc,can't wait to go back there ! Good location, good amenities, nice lobby,nice pool !
