Lynaire Motel Lake George, Lake George

Will be there next week, and as I can see, the reviews are all the same, excellent, going there every year from Montreal. Have a nice summer and enjoy this place. Great owners too!

My family has taken to staying at the Lyn Aire each time we go up to the lake for the past 7 or 8 years. We've watched the renovations over the years, and couldn't praise the owners enough. The rooms are immaculately kept clean, and are quite spacious. The beds are very comfortable, and there is enough space in one room to fit 5 easily. The outdoor pool is always kept warm and clean, and families with younger children will appreciate the playgrounds located on the property, along with the basketball court and the recreation pavillion. The motel is located right on Route 9, so it's easy to find and leads directly into the village or Glens Falls. Since it's not in the middle of the village, at night it's quite peaceful and isolated. Service at the motel is always impeccable. The owners are quite gracious, and the continental breakfast is always stocked and neat. Overall, the Lyn Aire is a wonderful, affordable choice for families staying in the Lake George region.

Stayed for the first time on the recommendation of a friend. Have spent the last three years having family reunion get togethers there. Owners are lovely and accomodating. We love the convenience of the large covered outdoor pavallion where we're able to hold catered BBQ's for up to 50 folks. It's set back from the road, rooms are clean and comfortable. Lovely pool and right in the center of all Lake George has to offer. Plus, the PRICE IS TRULY RIGHT!

VERY CLEAN HOTEL.. IVE GONE THERE MANY TIMES OVER THE YEARS...ALWAYS THE SAME CLEAN PLACE. NEVER A PROBLEM. GOING BACK 9-07! EVEN THOUGH ITS NOT RIGHT IN THE VILLAGE. VERY NICE OWNERS TOO!...

I would definitely recommend this motel to everyone looking to stay in the Lake George region. The Lyn Aire Motel is a perfect family motel. The property has many amenities for children like the playgrounds, game pavilion, heated swimming pool, and basketball court. Its location is also good for children. It's far enough outside of the village so it's not noisy, but it is close enough to be able to take the bike trail or trolley to the lake. I have been coming to Lake George since I was a child and for the past 5 years I have stayed at the Lyn Aire. It's a family run motel, and the owners John and Eileen are always around socializing with guests and maintaining the property. The rooms are incredibly clean, and spacious. The beds are queen size which is nicer than sleeping on a double which is what is in a standard motel room. Each year they have added a new amenity or improved some area of the property. Just recently they added a front patio with tables and chairs along with complimentary breakfast which is really convenient. I have stayed at many places in the area that are run down and dirty, but I have never had a problem staying at the Lyn Aire. I think it is the best and cleanest family motel in the area. I was outraged when we arrived to be charged 35 dollars more then we were quoted over the phone. The rooms were very small, no movie rentals and stunk with mildew. The pool was nice. I would never bring my family back to a place that is that dishonest.
