Ugh..
i went to this hotel in april 07, and when i called the hotel to make a reservation, he said "it will be $390 for 3 nights - one double bed for two adults". when we arrived there, wow. the hotel was under construction and it was very small. the people were very nice enough to re-do our key because the key didn't quite fit the door. when we entered the room, there was hardly no space to move. the room was already full with the bed, and the bathroom was really small, like, literally, the size of the bathroom in airplanes..with a bath tub. the first night was horrible because the hotel was renovating at 2 something in the morning.
oh by the way, this hotel doesn't provide breakfast, and they don't even have microwaves.
the location is very nice. i love it. it's 3 minutes away (by walking) from empire state building, about 10 minutes (again.. by walking) away from the central park, i mean, everything's so close! there's little korea a bloc away, and there are subway and dunkin donuts right on the corner of the hotel. the location = a must.
the bathroom and the bed sheets were cleaned every day but the floor was just....meh..
a week or two later, i got my bill from the hotel and oh my, it was somewhere around $1400! they basically charged us $390 PER NIGHT + water + TV usage. i mean, WHAT? i called the hotel and the guy said "um i dont remember saying that..."
