Mixed feelings

My husband called to make a reservation. The front desk quoted him a price then actually called him back to say that it was a special weekend and would be almost $10 more per night (even with our AAA membership). We were on the second floor and the floorboards were very creaky- even my 115lbs felt like I was going through to the room below us. Our refrigerator was not plugged in. When I tried to plug it in, the TV shorted so we went without a refrigerator. On a bright note, the service was excellent. Very pleasant and always willing to help.

Simple and Sweet

It's nothing fancy or lavish, but just a good place to stay in for a night or two. And the people that worked there were very nice and helpful.
