Quality Inn South Bluff, St. George

They first thing I notice when I walked in to this motel was the strong smell of incence. The room and the breakfast were great but I will never stay at a motel that smells like a hippy's house. Also the pool was not open which was disappointing since my kids had looked forward to a little swim.

We stayed here for two nights, Oct 31 and Nov 1st 2008. The room is clean and looks pretty much like the photos. I would recommend this place. We stayed in room 123. It was pool side which would have been great if we had kids, but we didn't. I thought it would be a problem since there were quite a few young people at the pool, but it was not. The bathroom shower was clean with great flow, although we elected not to turn on the exhaust fan cause it made the room smell mildew-ey. (Which I told the front desk about) The bed was nice, a little too hard for my likeing, but it had nice pillows and a down blanket. The room had a frig and microwave. The breakfast bar has more than enough food on it. I would definitely stay here again.

i liked everything over there front desk are really nice also manager was good, everything was really great , room was really nice and clean also they have really nice land scaping around the property, i can't wait to go back

Very clean- I was impressed with the cleaning that took place outside the units also. I did not like the fuzzy tv picture Your survey is stupid, I don't have any more to say than I've said above, why do I need to write MORE??? Is this enough words now???

They wouldn't let us cancel one night out of a three day reservation; even if we cancel 24 hours ahead of time. I called Quality Inn to cancel saturday night reservation. We had thursday and friday reserved as well, but they would't let us cancel even though we called 24 hours ahead of time. They even tried telling us that they only reserve for 3 nights at a time. If thats true then I never want to go their again. We were treated unfairly and dislike their service.

The outside and inside of the motel is the cleanist I have ever encountered. The Lobby is new and beautiful. The breakfast bar is outstanding. You can not go wrong. Price and value are right there.
