Harbor Inn Motel, Algoma

You can see the lake from every room as well as watch the boats come and go from the harbor. The rooms were very clean. The house cleaning staff came around knocking on our door at 9 in the morning while we were still sleeping. This was kind of annoying and because we weren't ready to leave the room yet, we didn't get maid service, only clean towels. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. There is a beach right in front of the motel which was somewhat secluded and we enjoyed that. I'd recommend this place to my friends.

The owners were were great - very friendly and caring. Beautiful view. Clean motel - owners very helpful and recommended places to go and had menus from restaurants in the area. They were very helpful. Glad we stayed there (came from another town where we had reservations - staff was unfriendly and unaccomadating - did not get what we were promised - called Harbor Inn and they were so friendly and wonderful people)
