Worst experience EVER

They took advantage of the fact I was traveling with a small child and accused him of breaking 2 beds and a glass picture and then charging me for them 6 hours after I checked out. My son could not have broken any glass picture, he has no injuries and the morning staff saw that. He also would have alerted the whole building if he was hurt. He is a very LOUD child. He did not jump on any beds. We checked in and went straight to bed. the customer service is TERRIBLE and I will never stay at a Days Inn again.

Great Stay!

My husband and I went here for our 1st kids free night in 15 years! Hotel has been newly updated in cabin decor, was a great way to up date a older hotel in this area. The beds are very nice, with lots of pillows and the room was clean, towel and bedding in good shape. Room was very quite the breakfast was ok all and all a great value for the $$ Would stay again!

Days Inn staff was exceptional. A special thanks to Kim, Jordan, Tracy & Alex & the rest of the staff. They were extremely helpful, very friendly and knowledgable. The rooms were comfortable , clean & we felt safe & the place was extremely quiet. We stayed there for 4 days & were very pleased. Will definitely be back. Again our thanks for making our trip more enjoyable. (Even tho we live in Arizona & Washington.)

We were so thankful to stay in such a nice, clean motel.the motiff was very pleasant and homey.The rooms were so clean, and the staff was extremely nice. thank you !would definetely stay here again.

Convenient location, close to downtown Sandpoint & Schweitzer! Very comfortable PILLOW top beds! You will sleep very well when you stay here. Very helpful and friendly staff, great coffee in the lobby every morning, and a good continental breakfast, too! Free wi-fi internet access. Great experience all the way around! Thanks Monarch Mountain Lodge for a great ski weekend stay!

Baseball Tournament Weekend

The rooms were very clean and the staff was fantastic. We were very comfortable without having to spend alot of money. The breakfast was nice for all the kids playing baseball.
