Hotel Aura Near Connaught Place, Delhi

The main hallway, breathtaking. With waterfalls and paintings, it is truly gorgeous. The resturaunts, glitzy. A truly wonderful hotel

The name of this hotel is a shocking name in my life. The one week stay in this hotel was a very hard time for me . The facilities provided to the guest all but only in the fact sheets not in real. And which one is provided in real is very expansive from their quality. The rooms are full of dump patches and the sockets are burns in the room. The internet is not access properly in the rooms. The reception staff is very rude and when i request for change my room then the lobby manager behave rudely and not change my room. The food provided from the room service is very rough. And the overall experience in stay in this hotel is very poor.

We had to wait a lot after we were through with our main course. One comes for exceptional service that is offered at Maurya's and if that is missing the entire charm fizzles out.

A place where Bill Gates and Bill Clinton have stayed hardly needs any review by anybody.However, my own experience and feelings defy description sice I happened to meet here the entire Raj Kapoor family, Rai Bahadur M S Oberoi and many other celebrities during my many visits to your Bars and Restaurants over the years.Bhukhara was in my mind even when I was dining in Sheraton in Sanfrancisco!

I cancelled my reservation and they still charged me. Extremly poor customer service. It took me 30 minutes to book a room and another 30 minutes to cancel the same reservation and I still got charged for it.

The services of this hotel were very dissapointing... the staff very rude and the facilities not availabe and the rooms were ok. really the food was not good at all. Please dont stay here even if mr clinton did. The hotel will not give u importance

Great service, excellent dining, a good spa and a great ambience in the lobby. The room was comfortable, but was in need of a facelift! Key downside is that the room rate is fully priced.

Location is not very convenient (unless your sole aim is to visit the Embassies - if that is the case stay at the Taj next door). Rooms are very shabby - especially the non-executive rooms. The executive rooms are very average. Room rate is very high as is food.

The service was really excellent, gracious and professional, from the airport pickup, the welcome and handling small requests.As this was my first trip to India, the service was a relief and most appreciated My room was smallish, but completely redone...you could still smell the fresh paint. The hotel is very secure and the rooms are quiet. I could not get a reservation at Bukara, but ate in their other white table cloth restaurant. Service was highly refined and the dishes were expertly prepared. The location is OK. The positive is its near the airports..domestic and international. It's in a nicer part of town. On the negative, there is nothing near the hotel, nor can you take a stroll. On the other hand, I am not sure I would have wanted to stay closer to where "the action is" as it is so overwhelming to the senses. Overall, this is a most excellent property. Those who whine about it must be...whiners! Highly recommended.
