Atlantic Host Hotel, Bathurst

I really loved my stay at the Atlantic Host, the staff was excellent, the food was great. I would recommend this hotel to everyone and look forward in going back real soon

I disliked everything about my stay. There was a very strong smell throughout the floor and in the rooms (I'm guessing humidity). I decided to overlook that. I walk in to the washrooms, a used soap bar had been left in the tub. Time for bed... the sheets in BOTH of the beds in my room were FULL of hair. Could not be missed! Someone had bothered to make the beds but "forgot" to change the sheets?!?! I called room service, was asked if I didnt mind making the new beds myself - which I did. I expressed my discontent in the morning, which was received by an barely there apology and there was not even an offer of as little as a cup of coffee on the house. I've stayed in hostels that were cleaner and more hospitable than this hotel! (And cheaper)

Ijust want to tell you: The peoples who cleaned up the room in the hotel is the most important worker's there. (because the place is for have a good night sleep in a clean room) *But the wages is not big. and it's a hard type of work.

A friend visiting from San Francisco invited me to dine with him and friends at the restaurant. The food was excellent but the service was deplorable. We had to beg for water, the waitress never approached our table to ask if everything was satisfactory and made up excuse for why she was not waiting on us. She needs to be educated on the philosophy of food service.
