Lovely hotel

The moat house is a lovely hotel situated in liverpools city centre. it is clean and the staff are very polite and helpful. the cost can be quite expensive but they do promotion deals with are very good value. Quests have access to a pool, suana, steam room, and gym. Overall it is a great hotel and a guarenteed pleasent stay.

I Loved It There!

The Moat House Hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of Liverpool city centre. All rooms have a great view of either the busy street at the front or at the back a view of the Albert Dock complex and water front. The rooms are clean, comfortable and spacious and well equiped ,if it's not in the room ..just ask! The lobby is welcoming and restaurant is excellant. The sport/ health facilities are well equiped consisting of a gym, Jacuzzi and swimming pool with staff there at all times. The staff are courtious and incredibly friendly..but that was to be expected, as I was told the liverpool people are famous for their hospitality and I can honestly say that I experienced it in full force. The Moat House contributed to a wonderful vacation in Liverpool.
