Good location, cheap
The Danmark is a no-frills hotel that is situated in a good location. I would not recommend the Danmark for the business traveller, but if you want to be in the center of Copenhagen and you're looking for a cheaper place to stay, then the Danmark may work for you.
The rooms are small, no AC (which is often not an issue), and they typically have those funky open showers (no doors or tub). I recommend asking for a room facing the back of the hotel, not facing the street. Too much street noise. Breakfast was good. They do have cable TV and broadband internet (no wireless when I stayed there).
If you have a car, the Danmark is not well equipped for parking. They have parking, but it's underground and you have to use this lift to take your car down. Let me tell you, it's TIGHT maneuvering, both in and out of the car lift and in the actual garage.
Another thing: When I stayed there, they had like one iron and ironning board in the whole joint. Not cool when you have to wait because someone has it in their room.
