I would go elswhere

Guys could deal with it. My family had to get a 2nd room. First one smelled moldy, carpet was dirty and refrigerator did not work. The room we stayed in "only" had dirty carpet. The ad says "at the beach" This means a half block walk. If I had to do it over again, I would have spent more and probably would have included breakfast thereby evening out the cost. The place is tired and needs a major updating.

They do not charge your credit card with the advertised rate. Any attempt at correcting, or getting even a simple explanation at the front desk proved futile. The rooms are not very clean, the mini-fridge did not work (properly), the AC did not work (properly), the outside was filthy, only the rain cleaned it up a bit, and most ice machines were broken! Again, the biggest problem was lack of good service at the front deak regarding an overcharge.

GREAT PRICE GREAT ROOM

We booked for our 2nd Ann. Great big room better than the pic. We did not want to be disturbed so every day the Housekeeping dept left a bag of clean linens on our door. The room we had 262 had a kitchen in it - small 4 burner stove, fridge, microwave, dishes, pots and pans & a table with 2 chairs. It was great a quick trip to piblix and we saved more money than we thought it was close to the beach but DONT DONT DONT even go into the Shoney's next door. YUCKKKKKKKKKKK and dirty. We stayed 4 days and it was under 300.00. We will go back

Unsanitary

it was unsanitary. Two large,stinky, dirty socks were found in bed with us the next morning. Obviously there had been no housekeeping. We planned on staying a couple more nights, but moved out. We won't go back.

a little tired

This hotel has great access to the beach but the rooms were grungy. The tub was dirty and needed re-grouting. There was peeling paint in the room and while the pool was large, it had sand all over the bottom and needed chlorine. The bed was hard as a rock and the springs kept on digging in to my back. All in all the hotel felt a little tired-if cleaned up it would be a great value for your $$$.

Very happy with stay

We stayed 2 night with a pet and had no problems. Our room was clean when we arrived and taken care of the next day aswell. The pool and spa was fantasic and large areas of grass to walk our dog. We walked our dog to the beach and had a great time. Dairy Queen across the street was very good. Shoneys attached to BW was not and the coffee in room was not great either. Never made it inside to get free breakfast or coffee. We enjoyed our experience and plan to go back again.

What a dump

The beds were horrible; a large mattress on a small boxspring so there were areas where you felt like you were falling off. The bathrooms had no ventilation and just cloth shower curtains. Over a 4 day period, they never once came into clean the room because we had brought our pet....even though the pet was in a cage. Location is great; walking distance to the ocean. I think they believe that is all they need to attract people.
