Entire building smelled like an ashtray, blankets were worn and filthy, staff was extremely rude and uncaring, shower leaked and lights...more

No batteries in the remote, Desk Clerk said only day shift has them. No sweet & Low for coffee, I'm a diabetic Was kept awake by guys...more
